About Us

We are Rob Porter & Beau Geiss, two local players making our first of many Warhammer 40k ITC GT’s within the State of Alaska. Our mission, is to create a stellar and competitive grand tournament, that will also be donating any proceeds from ticket sales to local non-profit organizations that further assist our greater Alaskan community. A gaming community helping the local community through rolling dice and having fun, pretty sweet right? This year, we will dedicate any earnings through ticket sales to Abused Women’s Aid in Crisis (AWAIC), while also providing a “drop off” point for any attendees to bring items the organization needs, if said attendees wish. With support from our local stores, players and participants, we hope to begin what will be a regularly annual event for all to enjoy and benefit from.

Requirements regarding army composition and/or legality of models are as follows-

List Construction: Armies are expected to be battle-forged at 2000 points. We will be utilizing the ITC list submission format, and will expect lists submitted via Best Coast Pairings by July 10th, 2019. July 10th will also be the date for rules allowed, any codex, supplement or FAQ releases after that point will not be allowed.

Painting Requirements: We will require armies to be painted to a three color minimum, and basic basing (painting the bases of miniatures will suffice). Models found in play not meeting this requirement during the event will be required to be removed from the table, by directive of a judge.

Model Requirements: All models must be easily identifiable, and distinguishable to your opponent, all wargear on models must also meet this requirement. Converted and 3rd party models are permitted, though must be cleared by a TO or Judge prior to the event’s 1st round.
